Biography

Orsolya Hau-Horváth is a PhD Candidate under the supervision of Prof. Attila Varga from University of Pécs, Hungary. Her PhD dissertation will deal with agent based modelling of network formation. Since 2012 Orsolya has been working as research assistant in MTA-PTE Innovation and Economic Growth Research Group at University of Pécs. She has recently worked in a research project focusing on the formation of innovation networks. She also works on an agent based macroeconomic model of Hungary. Previously she has participated in extending the GMR (Geographic Macro and Regional) model for the impact assessment of environmentally friendly innovations. Her main task was to build the multi-sector computable general equilibrium (CGE) model.
