Péter Járosi obtained a degree in Economics at the Faculty of Business and Economics of Janus Pannonius University, Pécs, in 1991, and qualified as a Programmer Mathematician at the Faculty of Science, József Attila University of Szeged. He holds a PhD in Economics from the University of Pécs (2011). Previously he served as Associate Professor at the Budapest Business College and Managing Director of the National Exchequer Resources Directorate in Budapest. His research focuses on regional economic development policy modeling. Dr. Járosi teaches Spatial Statistics, Spatial Econometrics and Computable General Equilibrium Modeling.
